REFUND
We have a no refund or exchange policy. Due to the risk of shipping breakables your purchase is final, so please check measurements and all images to understand the product and size before purchasing.
COFFEE MAKER & FRENCH PRESSES
We thoroughly descale each maker & french press to appear & operate as brand new. Any wear will be mentioned in description and photographed. We get each maker professionally tested and checked by an electrician. If you have any issues with your maker or brewing, please contact us at info@distractvintage.store we would love to help you troubleshoot to make a delicious cup of coffee.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
All products are carefully wrapped & packaged in making sure you receive your piece/s safely. If your purchase gets damage or broken in transit, please contact us at info@distractvintage.store with images of your damaged piece/s and we will accomodate and solve the issue.
PACKAGING
For shipped orders, we have practices in place to limit our carbon footprint & do our best to use sustainable packaging.
We use recycled boxes, biodegradable bubble wrap and biodegradable peanuts to ensure your order is safe in transit.
DISPOSAL
Bio-peanuts are made from natural, plant-based starches and can be dissolved in your home and washed away, or can even be added to a compost pile if you live in a warmer climate.
Bio-wrap is made of natural materials such as cornstarch. Place biodegradable items in the residual waste bin or soft plastics. They will then be disposed of in landfill or energy from waste.
Cardboard boxes are recyclable, ideally to be re-used or can be recycled.
SHIPPING
All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the order can be traced while in transit. You will receive the tracking number via e-mail when the order is dispatched.
Orders for Australia are dispatched with Sendle.
International orders are dispatched with Sendle and will on arrival the shipping country be handed over to the national postal services.
