INSTRUCTIONS:
HOT: Empty out sachet in mug, add 170-180ml of hot water (90 degrees), stir & enjoy.

ICED: Empty out sachet in tumbler, add 160-170ml of cold water and stir. Add a few ice cubes & enjoy.
